Chris Bocklet Lacrosse Mentorship Program
Program Overview:
This mentorship program is designed to help young lacrosse players develop their skills, mindset, and overall approach to the game through personalized coaching, goal-setting, film review, and mental performance training.
Program Structure
1. On-Field Coaching & Evaluations
π Goal: Assess playing style, identify strengths and weaknesses, and refine fundamentals.

Minimum 5 on-field training sessions to evaluate performance.
β
Focus on positional technique, lacrosse IQ, and game-time decision-making.
β
Provide real-time feedback and corrections to enhance fundamentals.
β
Track progress and adjust training plans as needed.
2. One-on-One Mentorship
π Goal: Develop confidence, mindset, and personal growth both on and off the field.

Weekly check-ins (in-person or phone) to discuss challenges, goals, and progress.
β
Build a strong relationship to understand the playerβs personality, motivations, and struggles.
β
Set short-term & long-term goals and establish a routine to achieve them.
β
Address mental barriers (e.g., performance anxiety, confidence issues) and develop strategies to overcome them.
β
Introduce mindfulness habits (visualization, breathing exercises, pre-game routines) to improve focus and mental resilience.
3. Film Review & Highlight Preparation
π Goal: Improve game awareness and positioning while preparing players for the next level.
β
Film study sessions to analyze in-game performance, decision-making, and positioning.
β
Provide detailed feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
β
Assist in selecting highlights and preparing professional highlight reels for recruitment purposes.

Mentorship Cost
$150/hr
Sessions will be logged and payments due at the end of the month.
